Getting started

A few quick things that make everything below go smoothly.

1 Logging in takes two steps

Enter the email address you subscribed with, and we'll send you a 6-digit code — no password to remember.

  • Type the code into the box on the same screen
  • That's it — you're straight into the park's search page
Important: use the exact email your subscription is under. If you're not sure which one that is, check with whoever set your access up.

2 Got an All Access pass? You'll still register once per park

All Access covers every park on the network with a single subscription — but each park is actually its own separate site, so the first time you open a new one, you'll go through the same email-and-code step again.

That's expected, not a fault — it's a one-off per park, per device. Once you're in, it stays that way the same as any other park.

3 Code not arriving?

  • Check your spam or junk folder — this is by far the most common reason
  • Give it a minute — it's usually instant, but occasionally takes a little longer
  • Double-check you typed your email correctly, with no extra spaces

4 "Not subscribed" message?

This almost always means the email you typed doesn't quite match the one your subscription is under — a typo, a different email you normally use, or autocorrect changing something as you typed.

It's not usually a real access problem — just worth trying again slowly, checking each character.

5 One device at a time, per park

To keep your subscription secure, each park only allows one device logged in at once. If you see "already active on another device," it means your login is currently in use somewhere else — get in touch and we can sort it out.

6 Adding it to your home screen

For one-tap access, add the site to your home screen like a normal app:

  1. Tap the Share icon in your browser
  2. Choose "Add to Home Screen"
On iPhone: if you see an "Open as Web App" toggle when adding it, turn it off. Leaving it on can cause you to be logged out every time you open the app.

7 Using DuckDuckGo or another privacy browser?

These are great for everyday browsing, but can sometimes cause two specific issues here:

  • Links open in the wrong app. If DuckDuckGo is set as your phone's default browser, tapping a link (like from an email) opens there instead of Safari — even if you logged in using Safari.
  • You get logged out repeatedly. Some privacy browsers clear site data automatically, which can sign you out each time.
Easiest fix: keep using DuckDuckGo for everyday browsing, but set Safari as your phone's default browser (Settings → find DuckDuckGo in the app list → Default Browser App → Safari). Then log in and add the home screen shortcut from within Safari.
If you'd rather keep using DuckDuckGo itself for this site, look for a "Fireproof this site" option after logging in — that stops it being cleared.

8 Location not working?

If a site asks for your location and it doesn't seem to work, check your phone hasn't previously blocked it — this can happen without realising, especially in privacy-focused browsers. Check your browser or phone's location settings for the site and make sure it's allowed.
